Unique in that Cherry is extremely workable, strong and just BEAUTIFUL! Highly rated in just about all working properties including bending and turning. Although pale in color when fresh, Cherry wood oxidizes over time to a rich, rusty red-brown, pleasantly rendered with just about any quality, clear finish.
